The Power of Massage Therapy...

"Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around." - Leo F. Buscaglia

Did you know that school children in Australia are being taught to give each other massages as part of a national radical program to help combat bullying and violence in the playground? The 15 minute sessions see primary school kids share head, neck, back and shoulder massages several times a week, with teachers reporting significant improvements in behavior as a result. Shouldn't we be doing the same here in the US?

So heart-warming to know - the power of Caring Touch! Everybody should get a massage more often...
